Acting on behalf of Hines Global Income Trust, Staunton Whiteman has successfully completed the acquisition of The Peel Centre, Bracknell from Landsec.
The scheme is the only significant retail park in Bracknell and it comprises 170,000 sq ft of retail space in 12 units. It is anchored by a Morrisons supermarket and other tenant include Curry's, Halfords, Pets at Home, and Home Bargains.
