Having worked closely together for a number of years,
on 23 May 2016 Staunton Whiteman joined forces with
Curson Sowerby Partners.
CSP was formed in February 2010 by James Curson and Luke Sowerby, who together have over 35 years’ experience in the out of town retail sector. Having subsequently opened a Manchester office in 2014, CSP have become the major force within the out of town agency market. In 2015 CSP had more letting instructions than any other agency (Trevor Wood Associates).
CSP have a total of seven fee earning staff, providing the highest quality occupational advice to landlords, developers and retailers. CSP are currently instructed upon the letting of over 18 million sq ft of retail warehouse floorspace and are retained by many of the country’s leading retailers.
By incorporating CSP’s expertise and insight into tenant demand and trading levels, we are able to identify genuine opportunities for outperformance when considering acquisitions for our clients. Likewise, by working closely with CSP upon our clients’ existing assets, we can both pinpoint individual asset management opportunities, in addition to implementing comprehensive strategies to upgrade and reposition retail parks.
